在莱阳茌梨盛花期喷施不同浓度的PBO、氟硅唑(Flu)及其混合液,观察对莱阳茌梨果实脱萼及果形的影响.结果表明,PBO、Flu及混合喷施对莱阳茌梨幼果均具有脱萼作用,喷施单剂PBO 100~400 倍液的脱萼率为 18.87%~21.63%,喷施单剂 Flu 6 000 倍液的脱萼率为 25.31%,喷施 PBO 100~400 倍液+Flu 6 000倍液混合药剂的脱萼率较高,为39.76%~51.90%,显著高于各单剂处理.药剂脱萼比人工剪萼方法简单易行,节省劳动成本,但药剂处理的果实果形指数变小,果个变小.
Effects of PBO and flusilazole on calyx shedding rate and fruit shape of Laiyang Chili
Different concentrations of PBO,flusilazole(Flu)and their mixtures were sprayed during the flowering period to observe the effects on calyx shedding rate and fruit shape of Laiyang Chili.The results showed that PBO,Flu and their mixtures could improve the calyx shedding rate of Laiyang Chili.The calyx shedding rate was 18.87%~21.63%for spraying PBO 100~400 times a-lone,25.31%for spraying Flu 6 000 times alone,and 39.76%~51.90%for spraying a mixture of PBO 100~400 times and Flu 6 000 times,which was significantly higher than that of each individual treatment.The method for calyx removal with pharmaceuticals is simpler and easier than manual calyx cutting,and saves labor cost.However,the fruit shape index and single fruit weight was decrease.
