4个蓝莓新品种抗氧化物质含量比较分析

花青苷、抗坏血酸、肌醇和绿原酸是蓝莓果实中的主要抗氧化物质,其含量是评价蓝莓果实品质的重要指标.对4 个蓝莓新品种蓝玲、蓝珠、蓝冠、蓝月与对照品种蓝丰果实中的花青苷、抗坏血酸、肌醇和绿原酸含量进行了比较分析.结果显示,4 个蓝莓新品种的抗坏血酸、肌醇和绿原酸含量均优于对照蓝丰,尤其是蓝玲和蓝月的抗坏血酸、肌醇含量以及蓝珠、蓝冠的绿原酸含量显著高于蓝丰.本研究结果为4 个新品种的推广应用提供依据.
Comparative analysis of antioxidant content of four new blueberry cultivars
Anthocyanin,ascorbic acid,myo-inosiol and chlorogenic acid are the main antioxi-dants in blueberry fruit,and their contents are the important indicators to evaluate the quality of blueberry fruits.In this study,the contents of anthocyanin,ascorbic acid,myo-inosiol and chloro-genic acid of four new blueberry varieties Lanling,Lanzhu,Languan and Lanyue,were comparative-ly analyzed with those of the control Lanfeng.The results showed that the contents of ascorbic acid,myo-inositol and chlorogenic acid of the four new blueberry varieties were superior to Lanfeng,es-pecially the contents of ascorbic acid and myo-inositol of Lanling and Lanyue,and the chlorogenic acid contents of Lanzhu and Languan were significantly higher than Lanfeng.The results provide a basis for the popularization and application of the four new varieties.
