苹果种植宜机化建园与全程机械化配套关键技术

中国苹果产业布局正在优化调整,新老种植主体逐渐更替,然而苹果全程机械化水平发展缓慢.通过分析苹果全程机械化发展的制约因素,提出了基于滩涂、丘陵和山地等不同立地条件的苹果种植宜机化建园和全程机械化配套技术要点,并在全国苹果主产区建立了 12处机械化示范园,机械应用率超过85%.其中,陕西千阳、山东荣成、河北阜平、河北顺平4个示范县均已入选农业农村部"特色经济作物适宜品种全程机械化生产模式与典型案例".该技术的实施减少了果园用工,减轻了劳动强度,提高了苹果生产效率、品质和效益,同时有利于改善果园生态和保护环境,促进了中国苹果产业绿色高效高质量发展.
The key technology of mechanized orchards establishment and full mechanization configuration for apple planting
The distribution of China's apple industry is being optimized and adjusted,the new and old planting subjects are gradually replacing,but the development of the mechanization level of apple is progressing slowly.Based on the analysis of the constraints on the development of apple mechanization,the paper put forward the key points of mechanized apple planting based on different site conditions such as mudflats,hills and mountains,and the supporting technology of mechanized apple planting,and 12 mechanized demonstration orchards have been established in the major apple producing areas of our country,with the mechanical application rate of more than 85%.Among them,the four demonstration counties of Qianyang in Shaanxi,Rongcheng in Shandong,Fuping and Shunping in Hebei have been selected as"Full mechanized production mode and typical cases of suitable varieties of characteristic cash crops"by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The implementation of this technology reduces the orchard labor,reduces the labor intensity,improves the efficiency,quality and efficiency of apple production,and is conducive to improve the orchard e-cology and protect the environment,and promotes the green,efficient and high-quality develop-ment of China's apple industry.
