红肉水果富含花青素,具有较高的营养和保健价值,越来越受消费者和育种者青睐.综述了 目前常见的红肉水果资源,包括生产上主要栽培的红肉水果品种;总结了红肉水果中主要的花青素组分,分析了红肉和白肉果实中花青素组分差异;评价了红肉水果资源作为中间材料在育种上的应用,并概述了红肉水果所提取的花青素在保健品、医药、化妆品等行业的应用;结合花青素生物合成途径,概述了果肉着色的调控机制.最后,讨论了红肉水果存在的主要问题、发展趋势及其主要用途.
Current status and research progress of red-fleshed fruit germplasm
Red-fleshed fruits are abundant in anthocyanins and possess high nutritional and health benefits,which are increasingly favored by more and more consumers and breeders.In this article,the common red-fleshed germplasms were reviewed,including the main red-fleshed culti-vars in fruit production.Anthocyanin components were summarized in different red-fleshed fruits,and their difference in red-fleshed and white-fleshed fruits was analyzed.The application of red-fleshed resources as intermediate materials in breeding was evaluated,and their potential applica-tion in health products,medical industry and cosmetics industry was summarized.Based on the pathway of anthocyanin biosynthesis,the mechanism underlying anthocyanin accumulation in flesh was reviewed.In the end,the main problems,development trends and potential applications of red-fleshed fruits were discussed.
