中国柿出口贸易的特征、问题及建议

摘要
对2001-2022年中国柿出口贸易进行分析,总体保持较快增长,国际地位逐渐攀升,已成为当今国际上重要的柿出口国.但近年来存在着总量不足,增速放缓,出口市场数量有限,地区结构不合理;国际竞争优势减弱,出口均价走低,产品质检标准偏低,出口层次低端化等问题.从推进国内柿产业转型升级,提振出口贸易规模;制定差异化出口促进政策,优化市场结构;对标发达市场产品标准,提高产品质量;提升贸易自由化与便利化水平,发展跨境电商新模式等4个方面提出柿出口贸易的发展建议,以实现中国柿出口贸易可持续高质量发展.
Abstract
From 2001 to 2022,the export trade scale of China's persimmons maintains a rela-tively rapid growth,the international status continues to rise,and China has become a large persim-mons export trade country around the world.However,there still exist some problems such as insuf-ficient total volume,slowing growth rate,limited number of export markets and unreasonable region-al structure;weakening of international competitive advantages,low average export price,low prod-uct quality inspection standards,and low-end export level.This paper puts forward the develop-ment suggestions of persimmon export trade from four aspects:promoting the transformation and up-grading of the domestic persimmon industry and boosting the export scale;formulating differentiated export promotion policies and optimising the market structure;benchmarking the product standards of the developed markets and improving the quality of the products;and upgrading the level of trade liberalisation and facilitation,and developing a new mode of cross-border e-commerce to realise the sustainable and high-quality development of China's persimmon export trade.
