Abstract
By focusing on the nutritional value,health effects,medicinal value and practical u-tilization of physiological active components of walnut and its by-products,the importance of wal-nuts to people's life is demonstrated,and the healthy and orderly development of the walnut indus-try is facilitated by continuously exploring the potential of walnut applications.
