Laiyang is a national famous pear township in China.An analysis was conducted on the problems of increasingly unclear personalized characteristics,decentralized management,and in-sufficient deep processing capabilities in the development process of the Laiyang pear industry.Strat-egies for the high-quality development of the Laiyang pear industry were proposed.
