The effect of saline-alkali stress on the fruit quality of three pear varieties
In order to investigate the effect of salt alkali stress on pear fruit quality,this article compared and analyzed the differences in pear fruit quality between yellow triangle saline alkali land and non saline alkali land.The results showed that ssaline-alkali stress significantly reduced the single fruit weight of three pear varieties,Xinli No.7,Huangguan,and Qiuyue,and increased the soluble solids,soluble sugars,and total acid content of pear fruits.However,there was no signifi-cant difference in fruit shape index,hardness,and stone cell content.
