Jujube is a traditional fruit with the same origin as medicine and food in China,and its active ingredients and efficacy have attracted more and more attention.The research progress of jujube polysaccharide was reviewed in terms of its effects on immune organs,immune cells and in-testinal flora,in order to provide theoretical reference for the research and application of jujube poly-saccharide.
