Pathogen isolation of strawberry wilt and the indoor toxicity of 13 fungicides
In this study,a pathogenic strain of Fosarium oxysporum was isolated from the dis-eased rhizome of strawberry wilt.Growth rate method was used to determine the indoor toxicity of 13 fungicides against this strain. The results showed that prochloraz and metconazole had the highest in-hibitory activities against Fusarium wilt, with EC50 values of 0.051 mg/L and 0.060 mg/L,respec-tively.Flusiazole and prothioconazole followed, with EC50 values 0.304 mg/L and 0.382 mg/L,re-spectively.The EC50 values of epoxiconazole,pyraclostrobin,difenoconazole,hexaconazole,azoxys-trobin,boscalid,trifloxystrobin,myclobutanil and fluopicolide against F.oxysporum were 0.535 mg/L,0.622 mg/L,0.725 mg/L,1.206 mg/L,1.239 mg/L,1.378 mg/L,1.462 mg/L,1.651 mg/L and 2.024 mg/L,respectively.All the above agents could be used as effective agents to control Fusarium wilt in strawberry production.
