针对苹果生产面临的农村劳动力短缺、老龄化、生产成本上升、果实品质下降等问题,进行了树体喷施碳酸钙复合保护剂与果实套纸袋的效应试验.结果表明:树体喷施碳酸钙保护剂比较苹果套纸袋,果实的红绿度值a*、亮度值L*、果实硬度、果实的可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、钙含量等指标都是增加趋势,风味更浓郁,口感更优;叶片中叶绿素含量有所提高;节约了生产成本,提高了果实品质.
Comparative test of the effect of apple spraying calcium carbonate protector and fruit bagging
In response to the practical problems faced by apple production,such as rural labor shortage,aging,rising production costs,and declining fruit quality,we have conducted apple bag-ging free cultivation experiments for many years to study the feasibility of bagging free technology.The results showed that using"calcium carbonate"as a protective agent instead of bagged apples improved the redness,brightness,intrinsic quality,chlorophyll and calcium content of the fruit compared to bagged fruits.This technology resulted in high sugar content,rich flavor,better taste,increased yield and quality,and significant cost saving and efficiency enhancing effects.
