Figs are known as the king of selenium-rich fruits.The processed figs are selenium-rich products.This paper summarized the development and research results of the se-enriched figs in China from the aspects of their edible and medicinal value,and the processing and utilization of se-enriched figs,some suggestions on the research of product processing were put forward.
