南太湖特早葡萄在重庆市的避雨栽培试验初报

为筛选适合重庆市种植的鲜食葡萄品种,引进了早熟葡萄新品种南太湖特早,从植物学特征、物候期、果实性状等方面进行了系统性调查.结果表明,该品种穗形美观,果皮黑蓝色,果肉硬脆,草莓香味,基本无裂果,可溶性固形物含量18%以上,香甜可口,鲜食品质极佳.6月底开始成熟,生长势强,抗病性和丰产性好,适合在重庆市推广.同时探索总结出南太湖特早在高温高湿寡日照条件下的绿色高效栽培技术要点.
A preliminary report on the rain proof cultivation of Nantaihutezao grape in Chongqing
To screen fresh grape varieties suitable for planting in Chongqing,a new early matu-ring grape variety,Nantaihutezao,was introduced,and systematic research was carried out from the aspects of botanical characteristics,phenology,fruit properties,etc.The results showed that the va-riety has aesthetic appearance of panicle,black blue fruit,hard and crispy flesh,strawberry aroma,scarcely no cracking fruit,more than 18%soluble solid content,sweet and delicious taste,and ex-cellent fresh food quality.This cultivar with strong growth potential,higher disease resistance and high yield,is maturing at the end of June,and suitable for promotion in Chongqing.At the same time,the keys of green and efficient cultivation techniques under the conditions of high temperature,high humidity and few sunshine were explored and summarized for Nantaihutezao grape.
