Taishan No.1 kiwifruit was introduced to Sishui in 2016 for trial cultivation,the variety has high yield,stable yield,good quality and strong stress resistance in Sishui County,especially good cold re-sistance and resistance to-21.1 ℃ low temperature.It is suitable for development in the south-central mountain area of Shandong,with an average fruit weight of 126 g,the maximum fruit weight was 210 g,the average soluble solid content was 17.9％,the total sugar content was 17.2％,and the vitamin C content was 385 mg/100 g.The key cultivation techniques of Taishan No.1 kiwifruit were summarized.
