摘要

石榴花为两性花原基,石榴胚珠为双珠被、厚珠心的倒生型胚珠,胚珠正常发育的花为完全花,胚珠发育异常形成不完全花,花后脱落,是造成落花落果、坐果率低和树体养分流失的主要原因,严重影响石榴产量和果实品质.从石榴胚珠发育形态解剖学、内源激素以及INO、CRC、BEL1、STK等转录调控因子在石榴胚珠发育中的功能等方面,综述近年来石榴胚珠发育研究进展.

Abstract

Pomegranate flower is bisexual flower primordium,abnormal ovule development forms functional male flowers,and normal ovule development flowers are bisexual flowers.Pomegranate ovules are inverted ovules with double integuments and thick nucellate.The formation of functional male flower is due to abnormal and stagnant development of ovule integument.Functional male flow-er typically drop and fail to set fruit.Thess result in flower and fruit dropping,low fruiting rate and loss of tree nutrients,which affects the yield and fruit quality of pomegranate.This review focuses on the study of pomegranate ovule development in recent years,including the morphoanatomy study of ovule development,endogenous hormones,the functions of INO,CRC,STK,and BEL1 tran-scriptional regulatory factors in pomegranate ovule development.
