柑橘叶疱斑病毒樱桃株系的全基因组克隆和初步鉴定

本研究利用small RNA高通量测序在甜樱桃中发现了与乙型线性病毒科柑橘病毒属的柑橘叶疱斑病毒具有较高同源性一种病毒.对该病毒进行全基因组克隆,分析发现,该病毒在核苷酸水平上与柑橘叶疱斑病毒的同源性为80%;该病毒的外壳蛋白基因序列与柑橘叶疱斑病毒的外壳蛋白基因序列进行同源性比较,在核苷酸水平上,同源性为79%,在氨基酸水平上,同源性为88%.根据该科病毒新种的划分标准,认为该病毒为柑橘叶疱斑病的一个新株系,将其命名为柑橘叶疱斑病毒樱桃株系.
Whole genome cloning and preliminary identification of CLBV strain in Prunus
In this study,small RNA high-throughput sequencing was used to identify a virus with high homology to the citrus leaf blister virus(CLBV)of the genus beta-linear virus in sweet cherry.The whole genome of the virus was cloned,and it was found that the virus had 80%homolo-gy with CLBV at nucleotide level;the sequence homology of the coat protein gene of this virus was compared with that of CLBV.The homology was 79%at the nucleotide level and 88%at the amino acid level.According to the classification criteria,this virus was considered a new strain of CLBV,and named Citrus Leaf Blotch virus Strain Prunus.
