Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi diversity in the rhizosphere of Dongzao jujube trees(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)grown in Binzhou,Shandong
In order to understand the distribution of Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi in the soil of Dongzao jujube orchards in Binzhou, the root soil samples were collected from 6 jujube or-chards in Zhanhua in September 2020.AM fungi were isolated and species abundance, spore densi-ty,and diversity index of AM fungi were measured.A total of 26 species of AM fungi belonging to 5 genera, including 10 species of Claroideoglomus,2 species of Glomus,3 species of Funneliformis,4 species of Rhizophagus, and 7 species of Acaulospora, were isolated by centrifugation with a wet sieve pouring sucrose.Among all the sampling sites,Jinping Zaoyuan(No.3)had the most AM fungi species(22 species),followed by Dagaodongshi Village jujube garden(21 species),and Xi-awajinping(16 species). The frequency of G.versiforme in Dagaodongshi Village,Xiawajinping, and Hepingjia was 100%.In Xiawadongping and Botou Town,it was 66.6%,and it was found in all sampling sites. All samples contained G.albidum,C.claroideum,F.mosseae,F.verruculosum,R.intraradices,R.manihotis,A.laevis and A.bireticulata.To investigate the diversity and distri-bution of AM fungi in different jujube orchards, and to provide a basis for the development and ap-plication of AM fungi germplasm resources in Dongzao jujube orchards in Binzhou at the same time,it is of practical significance to collect, screen and preserve AM fungi in the future, and to develop special AM fungi for jujube trees.AM fungi can improve the yield, stress resistance and fruit quality of Dongzao jujube, which provides the basic data for further research.
