Using the annual branches of Southern highbush blueberry O'Neal,Misty as scion test material,rabbiteye blueberry Premier,Gardenblue,Tifblue,Pink lemonade and South highbush blueberry Southgold,Windsor as rootstock materials,carried out grafting experiments.The results showed that there are differences in grafting survival rates among different rootstock and scion combinations.The rootstock with the highest survival rate for O'Neal scions is Windsor,and the rootstock with the highest survival rate for Misty scion is Southgold.The average survival rate of split grafting is slightly higher than that of abdominal grafting.The average survival rate of misty scions is slightly higher than that of O'Neal scions.The relative chlorophyll content of both O'Neal and Misty scion treatments is highest in the Windsor rootstock.
