摘要
研究不同甜樱桃品种的自交、杂交、正反交法的坐果率.结果表明:拉宾斯、斯坦勒2个品种3种授粉方法的坐果率均较高.自交坐果率以拉宾斯、斯坦勒的为高,达36.6%和32.8%,美早、先锋为低,至5.5%和6.3%;布莱特做父本与美早和先锋杂交的坐果率低,至0%和2%,布莱特做母本与早大果杂交坐果率为9%;美早×奇好杂交坐果率为8%,其他杂交组合的坐果率均在13%以上;正反交方面,美早与萨米脱的坐果率同是13%;美早与斯坦勒的坐果率同是21%;斯坦勒与萨米脱的坐果率相近,为45%和47%;而多数品种正反交坐果率相差20%上下.斯坦勒做父、母本与其他参试品种杂交的坐果率均较高.
Abstract
A study was conducted on the fruit set rates of different sweet cherry varieties using self-pollination,cross-pollination,and backcrossing methods.The results showed that the fruit set rates of the two varieties,Rabins and Stanler,were high under all three pollination methods.The fruit set rates for self-pollination were highest for Rabins and Stanler,reaching 36.6%and 32.8%,respectively,while those for Meizhao and Xianfeng were low,at 5.5%and 6.3%,respectively;When Bright was used as the male parent in crosses with Meizhao and Pioneer,the fruit set rates were low,at 0%and 2%,respectively.When Bright was used as the female parent in crosses with Zaodaguo,the fruit set rate was 9%.The fruit set rate for the Meizhao × Qihao cross was 8%,while the fruit set rates for other cross combinations were all above 13%.In terms of backcrossing,the fruit set rates for Meizhao and Samidou were both 13%;Meizhao × Stanler had a fruit set rate of 21%;Stanler × Samidou had similar fruit set rates of 45%and 47%;while most varieties had fruit set rates differing by approximately 20%in reciprocal crosses.Stanler,when used as both the male and female parent,had higher fruit set rates when crossed with other experimental varieties.
