软土小净距并行盾构隧道后行掘进对先行隧道的影响

针对软土小净距并行盾构隧道后行隧道掘进对先行隧道影响,以宁波市区软土为背景,建立三维数值分析模型,通过实测数据验证了模型的采用参数、边界条件和掘进过程的合理性,计算了不同净距下,后行隧道掘进时先行隧道的位移和管片内力.结果表明:双线并行时,后行隧道掘进时主要引起先行隧道产生刚性位移,并导致先行隧道管片内力出现较大增幅,引入了最大弯矩、最大轴力净距影响系数以量化后行隧道掘进对先行隧道管片内力的影响.后行隧道掘进会对其前方 2~3 倍洞径和后方 2 倍洞径范围内的先行隧道产生影响.通过宁波城市轨道交通 6 号线望春桥站至天一家园西站区间小净距段管片设计选型对结论进行了应用验证,成果可为类似工程建设提供指导.
Effect of Subsequent Tunnel Driving on Preceding Tunnel of Parallel Shield Tunnels with Small Clear Distance in Soft Soil
Focusing on the effect of subsequent tunnel driving on preceding tunnel of the parallel shield tunnels with small clear distance in soft soil,a three-dimensional numerical analysis model was established based on the soft soil in Ningbo city.The rationality of the parameters,boundary conditions and tunneling process of the model was verified by the measured data.The displacement and segment internal force of the preceding tunnel during the subsequent tunnel driving stage were calculated under different clear distance.The results show that when the two lines are parallel,the driving of the subsequent tunnel mainly leads to the rigid displacement of the preceding tunnel,and causes a large increase in the internal force of the preceding tunnel segments.To quantify the impact of the driving of the subsequent tunnel on the internal force of the preceding tunnel segments,the clear distance influence coefficient of the maximum bending moment and the maximum axial force are introduced.The driving of subsequent tunnel will have an influence on the preceding tunnel within the range of 2~3 times the tunnel diameter in front of the preceding tunnel and 2 times the tunnel diameter in the rear of the preceding tunnel.The results were validated by the design and selection of small clear distance segment from Wangchunqiao Station to Tianyi Jiayuan West Station of Ningbo Urban Rail Transit Line 6.The results can provide guidance for similar engineering design and construction.
