碱促进碘代过氧化物的C-I键硒基化

以碘代过氧化物和二苯基二硒醚为原料,以二甲基亚砜作溶剂,碘化铵和叔丁醇钾作催化剂,在常温条件下形成C-Se键偶联,合成了 11个硒芳基过氧化物.借助核磁氢谱、核磁碳谱和质谱,分别对产物进行了表征和分析.通过进行一系列控制实验,确定了该反应为离子型反应,并推测出相应的反应机理.研究结果表明:11个硒芳基过氧化物均为黄色液体,收率为68%~85%.
C—I Bond Selenylation of lodoperoxides Promoted by Bases
Taking iodine-peroxide and diphenyldiselelen ether as raw materials,dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent,ammonium iodide and potassium tert-butoxide as catalysts,C—Se bond coupling was formed at room temperature,and 11 selenium aryl peroxides were synthesized.By using HNMR spectroscopy,CNMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry,the products were characterized and analyzed separately.Through a series of control experiments,the reaction was determined to be ionic and the corresponding reaction mechanism was inferred.The results show that 11 selenium aryl peroxides are all yellow liquid.The yield is 68%~85%.
