Research on the Regulatory Issues and Countermeasures of China's Express Delivery Industry in the New Era
In the new era,China's express delivery industry continues to lead the world in terms of scale,and its impact on promoting economic growth and stabilizing employment is significant.Based on the statistical data of the express delivery industry from 2018 to 2023,starting from the current regulatory status,this paper analyzes the problems of insufficient number and capacity of regulatory personnel,outdated and single regulatory methods,and unclear self-discipline in the industry.It explores and proposes targeted countermeasures of increasing the number of regulatory personnel,enhancing their capabilities,enriching the regulatory methods,strengthening the construction of industry associations,and enhancing the effect of industry self-discipline.
