大数据驱动高校科学决策的内在机理与实践路径

以教育数字化转型为背景,在回顾、反思高校过往决策模式的基础上,分析基于大数据的高校决策模式,并对其内在机理进行系统分析.同时,立足数字化的视角,从技术、业务与人本三个层面提出大数据驱动高校决策的实践路径.研究认为,高校构筑基于大数据的决策模式,应以数据的挖掘获取、共享展示为前提,形成以数据分析、转化和使用为对象的集数据驱动、技术嵌入、平台管理、流程整合、系统协同为核心机制的新型决策方式.这种决策模式是对原有高校决策能力范畴的新拓展,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值.
The Intrinsic Mechanism and Practical Path of Big Data Driven Scientific Decision Making in Universities
Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education,based on a review and reflection on the past decision-making models of universities,this paper analyzes the decision-making models of universities based on big data and systematically analyzes their internal mechanisms.At the same time,based on a digital perspective,it proposes a practical path for big data-driven decision making in universities from three levels:technology,business,and humanity.Research suggests that universities should build decision-making models based on big data,with data mining,acquisition,sharing,and display as the premise,forming a new type of decision-making method that is data-driven,technology embedded,platform managed,process integrated,and system collaborative,with data analysis and transformation,and using it as the core mechanisms.This decision-making model is a new expansion of the original decision-making ability of universities,and has important theoretical significance and practical value.
