城市简支混凝土桥梁桥面铺装层力学性能研究

桥面铺装直接承担车辆荷载,同时还起着保护桥面板的作用,铺装损坏将对桥梁的使用与安全性产生重大影响.以连云港市花果山大道运盐河桥为研究对象,分析活载作用下桥面铺装层的弯曲正应力,推导其解析公式并进行实例计算.结果显示,上、下铺装层表面弯曲应力均随其弹性模量增加而线性增大,随其厚度增加而减小;研究采用MIDAS/Civil有限元软件对桥面铺装温度场进行模拟,结果表明,温差越大产生的温度应力越大,且温度应力随混凝土弹性模量增加而线性增大;同时分析水泥混凝土铺装层在水化热作用下的温度及应力变化规律,发现升温的最大值发生在混凝土铺装层浇筑10小时附近,最大温度为24.11 ℃,铺装层在施工阶段最大拉应力主要分布在铺装层表面及以下5 cm范围内,最大值约为2.3 MPa.
Study on the Mechanical Properties of the Pavement Layer of Urban Simply Supported Concrete Bridge Deck
The bridge deck pavement directly bears the vehicle load and also plays a role in protecting the bridge deck.Damage to the pavement will have a significant impact on the use and safety of the bridge.Taking the Yunyanhe Bridge on Huaguoshan Avenue in Lianyungang City as the research object,this study analyzes the bending normal stress of the bridge deck pavement layer under live load,derives its analytical formula,and conducts example calculations.The results show that the surface bending stress of the upper and lower layers increases linearly with the increase of their elastic modulus,and decreases with the increase of their thickness;The study uses MIDAS/Civil finite element software to simulate the temperature field of bridge deck pavement.The results show that the larger the temperature difference gets,the greater the temperature stress generates,and the temperature stress increases linearly with the increase of concrete elastic modulus;Simultaneously the study analyzes the temperature and stress changes of the cement concrete pavement layer under the action of hydration heat,it is found that the maximum temperature rise occurs near 10 hours of pouring the concrete pavement layer,with a maximum temperature of 24.11 ℃.The maximum tensile stress of the pavement layer during the construction stage is mainly distributed on the surface of the pavement layer and within a range of 5 cm below it,with a maximum value of about 2.3 MPa.
