Research on the Impact of Human Capital on Green Total Factor Productivity in Agriculture
Under the guidance of agricultural power, the improvement of green total factor productivity in agriculture has become a key path to promote the development of agriculture in China.Taking the impact of human capital level on agricultural green total factor productivity as the starting point, focusing on the heterogeneity between different regions in China, using provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022 and regression modeling, this study systematically analyzes the correlation between human capital level and agricultural green total factor productivity,as well as the regional heterogeneity in three major economic regions of eastern, central, and western China. The research results indicate that the level of human capital has a significant positive effect on the productivity in all the three regions. But this influence exists across regions, with the most significant effect in the central region, followed by the eastern region, and weaker in the western region. Therefore,it is necessary to implement regional specific development plans based on actual situations, enhance human resource training and introduce professional talents, improve resource allocation efficiency, and promote cross-region collaborative growth. At the same time, regional development strategies should be customized, human resources training and talent introduction should be strengthened, resource allocation should be optimized, and regional cooperation should be promoted.
