Research on Strategic Role Transformation and Institutional Innovation Strategies of Urban Investment Corporations in the New Round of State-owned Enterprise Reform
Against the backdrop of a new round of state-owned enterprise reform,based on the theory of new institutional economics,this paper analyzes the strategies of institutional innovation to promote urban investment companies to improve resource allocation efficiency and optimize internal governance structure.As an important force of local state-owned enterprises,urban investment companies should transform their strategic roles,introduce modern enterprise systems and market-oriented mechanisms,reposition themselves,actively explore new business areas,and build new operational frameworks to promote local economic growth and urban construction.At the same time,in terms of institutional innovation,urban investment companies should strengthen the leadership of the Party and innovate governance structures;use information technology to innovate organizational structure;build a culture of integrity and reduce non-productive expenses.
