With the rapid development of the Internet era, online and offline hybrid teaching mode has become a normal teaching mode.At present, universities mainly use subjective qualitative descriptions to evaluate the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and the evaluation system lacks scientificity and systematicity.Using a combination of expert interview, analytic hierarchy process, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this study evaluates the online and offline teaching modes, decomposes the problems, determines the weights of each factor, and conducts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of teaching effectiveness. The research results indicate that the evaluation model covers multiple key aspects of the teaching process and can comprehensively reflect the quality and effectiveness of teaching. However,in the actual evaluation process, there may still be some subjectivity, which can have a negative impact on teaching effectiveness. Therefore,in the process of practical teaching,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of students'learning situations and accurately grasp their learning needs in the preclass stage based on the evaluation results;Optimize learning content during the inclass stage and increase students'participation in learning;Analyze the effectiveness of achieving teaching objectives in the postclass stage, adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner, and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
