旅游生态效率评价与空间网络结构分析

以2014-2020 年福建省及毗邻城市为研究对象,运用单一比值法评价旅游生态效率,借助引力矩阵、社会网络分析法构建空间网络结构,并讨论其结构特征.结果表明:旅游生态效率整体呈增长态势,但城市间差异明显,闽北地区的旅游生态效率高于闽南、闽东、闽西地区,且仅有闽南地区的旅游生态效率优于邻市;旅游生态效率呈现"沿海势弱,内陆均衡,北端聚强,南端落后"的分布特征;研究区内绝对差异仍然存在,低值城市间差异有所缩小;旅游生态效率网络结构发育程度低,但关联度不断上升;核心节点控制作用有所削弱,愈来愈多的城市"核心化"发展,网络结构日益稳健.因此,建议扩大规模经济优势,提高资源利用效率,积极发挥政府主导作用,联结区域发展,打造优劣互补、互通有无的发展模式.
Evaluation of Tourism Eco-efficiency and Analysis of Spatial Network Structure
⑴ Background——The rapid development of tourism accompanied by large-scale overexploitation has caused irreversible damage to the environment.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,conducting research on tourism eco-efficiency is an important element in the high-quality development of the tourism industry.⑵ Methods——The research data were collected from the"Statistical Yearbook","Statistical Bulletin","Tourism Sampling Survey Data"and the websites of relevant government departments of Fujian Province,Guangdong Province,Jiangxi Province and Zhejiang province and their relevant cities from 2014 to 2020.At the same time,single-ratio method and the social network analysis method was used to measured and evaluated the spatial network structure of tourism eco-efficiency.⑶ Results——First,the value of tourism eco-efficiency shows an increasing trend on the whole.The av-erage efficiency values of eastern,western,southern and northern Fujian are 0.79,0.88,0.96 and 2.16,respectively.Except that the tourism eco-efficiency value of southern Fujian is higher than that of related cities in neighboring Guangdong Province,the tourism eco-efficiency value of the other three regions is lower than that of related cities in neighboring Jiangxi Province and Zhejiang Province.Second,the distribution of tourism eco-ef-ficiency is unbalanced,showing the spatial distribution characteristics of"weak coastal areas,balanced inland,strong in the northern end and backward in the south".The number of the cities with low tourism eco-efficiency is large and the fluctuation is unstable,while the cities with high tourism eco-efficiency are relatively stable.Third,the development degree of tourism eco-efficiency network is low.The network density increased from 0.228 9 to 0.278 9 from 2014 to 2020,with a low growth rate.The number of the cities in the core area has in-creased from 9 to 16,and the node cities are more and more closely connected.The weakening of the leadership role of core cities has brought opportunities for the development of the peripheral cities,and the network struc-ture has become increasingly stable.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above research conclusions,the following policy rec-ommendations are put forward:First,expand the advantages of economies of scale and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.In order to increase tourism income,we should promote the integration of tourism industry with sports,health care,education and other industries.At the same time,the structure of tourism industry should be optimized to promote the transformation of tourism economic development mode from extensive develop-ment to intensive development.Second,give play to the leading role of the government,implement the relevant measures of low-carbon emission reduction,and promote the green transformation of the city image and tourist at-tractions.Third,strengthen the inter-regional cooperation,weaken the restriction of administrative location,promote the spillover policies related to tourism ecological efficiency,promote the transformation of low-efficien-cy areas to high-efficiency areas and in-depth optimization of high-efficiency areas,so as to form a development mode of complementary strengths and weaknesses between regions,and jointly promote the high-quality develop-ment of tourism.
