The Integrated Development of Forest Tourism and Rural Revitalization in Fujian Province under the Digital Economy
⑴ Background——The digital technology provides a new impetus and way for the integrated development of the forest tourism and rural revitalization.Discussing the strategies of the integrated development of forest tourism and rural revitalization in Fujian Province under the digital economy can provide more comprehensive theoretical support for the development of digital forest tourism in China.⑵ Methods——Firstly,the integrated development of forest tourism and rural revitalization in economy,culture,ecology and social systems is theoretically analyzed.Secondly,combined with the digital practice cases in Fujian Province,five feasible models are summarized.Thirdly,the necessary conditions of the integrated develop-ment of forest tourism and rural revitalization under the digital economy are discussed.Finally,this paper puts for-ward the policies of promoting the integrated development of forest tourism and rural revitalization under the digit-al economy.⑶ Results——This paper deeply studies the theoretical logic of the integration of forest tourism and rural revitalization,and constructs the corresponding theoretical framework.Digital technology is essential for the inte-grated development of forest tourismand rural revitalization.It improves market operations and preserves forest cul-tural heritage.Additionally,it helps monitor ecological resources for sustainability and fosters social cohesiona-mong forest communities.The integrated development of forest tourism and rural revitalization in Fujian Province can adopt five models,including digital forest ecotourism model,personalized big data forest tour model,digital forest product e-commerce sales model,virtual forest ecological experience model and social media forest tourism promotion model.The necessary conditions for the integrated development of forest tourism and rural revitalization under the digital economy:building digital infrastructure,strengthening residents'digital literacy and improving digital laws and regulations.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the integrated development policies of forest tourism and rural revitalization under the digital economy,which mainly include:First,digital economy policy.The government should formulate preferential tax policies to guide the digital tech-nology enterprises to participate in rural revitalization and forest tourism.An innovation fund should be established to provide the necessary financial support.Second,industrial coordination policy.Establish a rural revitalization and forest tourism industry alliance,set up an industry sharing platform,and encourage cross-sectoral collabora-tion.Third,personnel training policy.Establish a professional training mechanism,set up a reward mechanism to encourage talents to participate in the cause of rural revitalization and forest tourism,Fourth,environmental pro-tection policies.Establish strict environmental standards and regulatory systems,encourage enterprises to adopt en-vironmentally friendly digital technologies by providing financial support and technological research and develop-ment incentives,and establish ecological compensation mechanisms.Fifth,cultural inheritance policy.Formulate relevant laws and policies to protect the uniqueness of local culture,support the application of digital technology in the field of cultural inheritance,and encourage the integration of local cultural elements into rural revitalization and forest tourism projects.
