In view of the fact that the existing cotton baling production line could not meet the demand for automatic production of new baling methods in Xinjiang,a cotton off-line baling system was designed.In the designed cotton off-line baling system,the gripper and arm joints of the transport manipulator were selected as the research objects,and the three-dimensional model of the mechanical equipment contained in the cotton off-line baling system was cre-ated by using Solid Works software.Then,in the ANSYS Workbench In the finite element software,a force analysis was carried out on the study object to evaluate its structural strength and to set it lightly.It not only provides new technology for the quality improvement of the cotton baling system,saves manufacturing costs,but also reduces power output,better meets the requirements of energy saving,low carbon and environmental protection,and meets the needs of new baling methods in Xinjiang.At the same time,this off-line packaging system can also provide more mechanical equipment options for the forestry industry and promote the sustainable development and utilization of for-estry.
