基于指尖陀螺设备"以虚证实"的机电概念设计

为解决传统机电设计因缺少虚拟仿真、虚拟调试,而导致的机械结构和控制问题,文章提出一种基于NX MCD的"以虚证实"的设计理念.以指尖陀螺压制设备为例,通过OPC UA将NX MCD所搭建的数字化模型和TIA所编写的PLC程序进行数据映射,实现与物理设备功能一样的虚拟设计,验证设计的可行性和合理性,为实物设计提供依据,同时也为机电设备及自动化生产线的研发提供了新的研究思路和方法.
Based on the fidget spinner equipment "with virtual proof" electromechanical concept design
In order to solve the mechanical structure and control problems caused by the lack of virtual simulation and virtual debugging of traditional electromechanical design,this paper proposes a design concept of"virtual verifica-tion"based on NX MCD.Taking the fidget spinning compression equipment as an example,the digital model built by NX MCD and the PLC program written by TIA are mapped through OPC UA to realize the virtual design with the same function as the physical equipment,verify the feasibility and rationality of the design,provide a basis for the physical design,and also provide new research ideas and methods for the research and development of electrome-chanical equipment and automated production lines.
