Static analysis and structural optimization of the wooden spoon feeding device
The finite element method is a numerical calculation method for solving approximate solutions to boundary value problems of partial differential equations.Due to its simple principle and strong problem-solving ability,it has been widely applied in fields such as static analysis,dynamic analysis,and heat conduction.It has obvious advanta-ges in dealing with complex nonlinear boundary conditions.This article uses finite element analysis software to con-duct static analysis of the feeding device,by analyzing the results obtained from finite element analysis,identify the locations with high stress concentration and deformation in the device,and optimize the structure for unreasonable lo-cations to achieve structural optimization,ensure the mechanical performance and structural rationality of the feeding device,and reduce actual trial and error costs.
