Structure and parameter optimization of collection system of gantry type wolfberry picker
In order to reduce the damage rate of wolfberry during the collection process of the gantry wolfberry har-vester,this study takes the harvester collection system as the research object.By analyzing the trajectory of wolfberry during the harvesting process and the transportation process,it is found that there are eight key stages in the wolfber-ry harvesting process.The results showed that multiple mechanical collisions occurred between wolfberry and branches during the vibration picking stage,and the damage rate of wolfberry was higher.It was concluded that the material of the picking strip was the key factor to reduce the mechanical damage rate at this stage.Secondly,due to the friction and tumbling phenomenon between the wolfberry and the conveyor belt during the collection stage,through the kinematics analysis of the wolfberry conveying process,it was found that when the conveyor belt was op-erated at a speed of 0.5 m/s,an inclination angle of 36°,and a fruit drop height of 14 mm,the wolfberry damage rate was the lowest(3.2%),and the field performance test also found that the harvester harvesting effect was the best under this condition.This study can provide reference for the optimization of small berry conveying device.
