The multi-layer hot press is the equipment of the host whether it is in the MDF production line,the parti-cleboard growth line or the plywood growth line,and the rationality of its structural design is directly related to the operating cost of the production process and the quality of the board.Taking the actual renovation project as an exam-ple,the structural principle,maintenance precautions and maintenance methods of the main cylinder of the multi-layer hot press are further introduced,the principle and maintenance measures of the stability control mechanism of the lower beam of the hot press are further introduced,and the design and verification method of the hydraulic multi-link simultaneous closing mechanism are introduced.
