Simulation study on metal rubber properties of hydraulic cylinder seal of forestry truck crane
At present,the common rubber sealing ring is easy to age at high temperature,easy to corrod in the oil medium,and easy to damage under high strength transportation.The metal rubber material,which is mainly used in the sealing field under harsh working conditions,has the characteristics of large operating temperature range,strong bearing capacity,and not easy to aging.Based on the superior performance of metal rubber materials,this paper ana-lyzes the reasons for hydraulic cylinder leakage,and uses ANSYS to analyze the differences in the performance of MR Composite seals and ordinary O-type rubber seals.By comparing the contact stress and plastic deformation of different seals under the same boundary conditions,it is concluded that metal rubber composite seals have more ad-vantages in the sealing of hydraulic cylinders of truck cranes.
