摘要
油茶芽苗嫁接苗已经成为油茶良种苗的主要来源,从使用固定夹持物的油茶苗木成活率、经济性和易于机械化生产的角度论述夹持固定物的选择,采用EVA材质苗夹的两种嫁接方式成活率都大于采用传统铝箔和硅胶苗夹嫁接成活率,考虑到设计难度和外购件及制造成本,选取第一种结合形式对于加工制造嫁接设备具有良好的经济性,并且使得设备具有良好的可靠性.
Abstract
Grafted Camellia oleifera seedlings have become the main source of excellent Camellia oleifera seedlings.This article discusses the selection of clamping fixtures from the perspectives of survival rate,economy,and ease of mechanized production of Camellia oleifera seedlings using such fixtures.The survival rates of both grafting methods using EVA seedling clamps are higher than that those using traditional aluminum foil and silicone seedling clamps.Considering design difficulty,bought-out parts,and manufacturing costs,choosing the first bonding form can not only realize excellent cost effectiveness in the processing and manufacturing of grafting equipment,but also contribute to the good reliability of such equipment.
