Profile scanning device and performance analysis of side wall panel of bullet train
The side wall panel of EMU is the key component of railway rolling stock,which is usually made of high strength alloy material.Affected by welding and molding process,the side wall panel of the motor car is deviated from the theoretical model.Therefore,when the side wall panel of the EMU is made,it is very important to carry out strict quality inspection.In order to improve the surface flatness of side wall panel after spraying with putty sprayer,a profile scanning device for side wall panel of EMU is designed in this paper.The device is based on advanced laser measurement technology,combined with high-precision sensor and data processing system,and can quickly and ac-curately obtain the three-dimensional contour information of the surface of the side wall panel.Compared with the traditional measuring device,the device is not limited by the shape of complex surface.Because the scanning device will inevitably produce vibration during operation,the process of data acquisition will be affected.In this paper,the acceleration sensor will be used to obtain the vibration data of the device during scanning operation.Through the a-nalysis of the vibration data,the main vibration mode of the device is determined,and the layout of the camera is further optimized,so as to greatly reduce the impact of vibration on data acquisition.
