真空电热板热处理对大果紫檀物理性能及颜色的影响

摘要
木材真空热处理能够增强木材稳定性,提高木材利用价值,减少木材因热解而产生的特殊气味.利用电热板在真空条件下对大果紫檀进行快速碳化处理,检测真空热处理木材物理性能和颜色变化,结果表明:大果紫檀的质量和密度随着热处理温度的提高、时间的加长及真空度的减小而逐渐减小;木材的吸湿平衡含水率降低进而提高了其尺寸稳定性;热处理后木材颜色变深,处理温度对颜色变化影响更大.
Abstract
Vacuum heat treatment of wood can enhance its stability,increase its value,and reduce the special odor produced by pyrolysis.In this study,electric heating plates were used for rapid heat treatment of Pterocarpus macro-carpus wood under vacuum conditions.The physical properties and color changes of the resulting wood were analyzed.Results showed that the quality and density of the wood gradually decreased with increasing heat treatment tempera-ture,extension of time,and decreasing vacuum level.The equilibrium moisture content of the wood decreased,lead-ing to improved dimensional stability.The color of wood darkened after heat treatment,and treatment temperature had a more significant effect on color change.
