摘要

基于生命周期评价方法对定制家具生产过程中的碳足迹进行研究,分析定制家具在生产过程中不同阶段碳排放数量.从原材料使用、生产工艺优化以及零部件三方面提出了不同的优化方案,降低板式家具在生产过程中造成的环境污染,达到定制家具"减量化"设计的目的.

Abstract

Based on the life cycle assessment method,this study investigates the carbon footprint in the production process of customized furniture and analyzes the carbon emissions of customized furniture at different stages of the production process.Different optimization plans have been proposed mainly from three aspects:raw material use,pro-duction process optimization,and parts optimization,in order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by panel furniture in the production process and achieve the goal of customized furniture design reduction.
