Structural Design and Analysis of Rail Guided Vehicle for Panel Customized Furniture Warehouse
Facing on the problems of low efficiency,complex structure and high cost in the stacker storage system used in panel furniture warehouse,a rail guided vehicle capable of automatic layer-changing is designed.The entire machine consists of components such as a moving device,a goods shifting device and a frame body.Based on the re-search of the characteristics of the panel furniture products,the structural design and parameter determination of the whole vehicle are carried out.The working principle of the layer-changing walking is designed,and the space cylin-drical cam mechanism which is the key component in goods fetching device is designed in detail.The finite element analysis software is used to analyze and optimize the parameters of the frame structure.The results indicate that the vehicle is capable of performing layer-changing walking,the cargo box shifting device does not impose the significant impact load,and the optimized frame structure effectively enhances the stability of the vehicle.This improvement en-sures storage quality,enhances storage efficiency,and reduces costs.
