地板锁合力试验影响因素探究

摘要
为了研究影响地板锁合力试验的因素,采用了不同温湿度条件对试样进行平衡处理、不同试验速率、不同的夹持方式和不同宽度的试样进行试验.结果表明:平衡处理条件、试验速率、夹持方式对石塑地板锁合强度影响显著;试样宽度对石塑地板锁合力影响较大,但对锁合强度影响很小.
Abstract
In order to study the factors affecting the floor locking force test,different temperature and humidity condi-tions were used to balance the samples,different test rates,different clamping methods and different widths.The re-sults show that the balance treatment condition,test rate and clamping method have significant influence on the loc-king strength of the stone plastic floor.The width of the sample has great influence on the locking force of the stone plastic floor,but has little influence on the locking strength.
