触土部件耐磨性分析及金属自修复技术展望

农业触土部件的磨损主要来自与土壤之间的接触,在耕作过程中,触土部件受到土壤中细小颗粒的作用导致触土部件表面发生磨损甚至失效.为提高触土部件的耐磨性能和使用寿命,降低零部件的磨损量,从触土部件的失效形式、运动学规律以及提高农机触土部件耐磨性能的方法等几个方面进行综合论述,基于金属自修复技术进行分析,以期望为我国农业触土部件耐磨性方面提供理论参考,为改善触土部件综合性能提供思路.
Analysis of wear resistance of earth-touching parts and prospect of metal self-healing technology
The wear of agricultural earth-touching parts mainly comes from the contact with soil.In the process of farming,the soil touching parts are subjected to the action of fine particles in the soil,which leads to the surface wear and even failure of the earth-touching parts.In order to improve the wear resistance and service life of earth-touching parts and reduce the wear amount of parts,this study comprehensively discusses the failure forms,kinemat-ic laws of earth-touching parts and methods to improve the wear resistance of earth-touching parts of agricultural ma-chinery.Based on the analysis of metal self-healing technology,it is expected to provide theoretical reference for the wear resistance of agricultural earth-touching parts in China.It provides ideas for improving the comprehensive per-formance of earth-touching parts.
