作为国家重点级保护文物的古木船,要定期进行维护或移动,包括对支撑钢架进行整体吊装,因此对其吊装过程进行运动学分析是必要的.以古木船为研究对象,采用轴套力方法建立钢丝绳动力学模型,通过Adams二次开发实现快速创建钢丝绳功能,搭建古木船吊装系统,进行运动学仿真,分析不同因素对吊装系统稳定性的影响.结果表明:(1)通过轴套力方法建立的钢丝绳力学性能与实际相符;(2)吊架最大变形发生在船头位置处,在实际吊装中应注意加固此区域吊架强度;(3)在实际吊点布置中,应尽量满足横向及纵向对称,可以有效避免钢丝绳拉力集中.
Research on Hoisting Dynamics of Ancient Wooden Ship based on Adams
As a national key level of protection of cultural relics of the ancient wooden ship,regular maintenance or move,need to include support steel frame for the overall lifting,the kinematic analysis of its lifting process is neces-sary.Taking the ancient wooden ship as the research object,using the sleeve force method to establish the wire rope dynamic model,realizing the rapid creation of the wire rope function through the secondary development of Adams,constructing the ancient wooden ship lifting system,carrying out the kinematics simulation,and analyzing the influ-ence of different factors on the stability of the lifting system.The results show that:(1)the mechanical properties of the wire rope established by the axial sleeve force method are consistent with the reality;(2)the maximum deforma-tion of the hanger occurs at the bow position,and attention should be paid to reinforce the strength of the hanger in this area in the actual lifting;(3)in the actual arrangement of the lifting point,the transverse and longitudinal sym-metry should be met as much as possible to avoid the concentration of the wire rope pulling force effectively.
