摘要
高速插秧机变速系统中变速箱箱体的试漏是正常生产过程中一个必不可少的关键环节.变速箱箱体的质量是保证变速系统正常工作的前提.根据实际情况,通过对比分析几种试漏方法,最终确定变速箱的试漏方案及试漏设备,从而来检测判定箱体的密封性能,能够提前发现问题,避免对泄露工件进行下一步的装配,造成不必要的损失.
Abstract
Leak testing on the transmission box in the high-speed rice transplanter transmission systerm is an essential key link in the normal production process.The quality of the transmission box is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the transmission system.Based on the actual situation,by comparing and analyzing several leak testing methods,the final transmission box leak testing plan and equipment were determined in order to detect and judge the sealing performance of the transmission box and find problems beforehand,thereby avoiding unneces-sary damage caused by the following assembly of leaked workpieces.
