全天候自动化机床崩刀检测与自动换刀系统的设计

研究了机床全天候自动生产工件过程中刀具崩刀问题,并提出了一种基于FANUC PMC窗口功能的自动化解决方案.在该解决方案中,通过监测机床伺服负载,当刀具发生磨损或遭遇工件硬度较大时,系统会自动检测崩刀情况,并使机床停止加工.随后,机床会自动退回到安全位置,并进行刀具的自动换刀操作,以重新进行加工.通过实施该解决方案,可以有效避免刀具崩刀引起的加工中断和工件损坏,提高生产效率和产品质量.为全天候自动化机床的刀具管理和加工过程的稳定性提供了一种可行的解决方案,并具有广阔的应用前景.
Design of the Broken Tool Detection and Automatic Tool Changing System for All-weather Automatic Machine Tools
This paper studies the problem of tool collapse during the automatic production of workpieces by machine tools around the clock,and proposes an automated solution based on the FANUC PMC window function.In this solu-tion,by monitoring the servo load of the machine tool,when the tool wears or encounters the hardness of the work-piece,the system will automatically detect tool collapse and stop the machine tool from processing.Subsequently,the machine tool will automatically return to a safe position and perform automatic tool change operations to restart pro-cessing.By implementing this solution,processing interruptions and workpiece damage caused by tool collapse can be effectively avoided,and production efficiency and product quality can be improved.This research provides a feasi-ble solution for tool management and machining process stability of all-weather automated machine tools,and has broad application prospects.
