利用百度试验法测定分析了脲醛树脂浸渍处理欧洲桦木的干燥特性,并初步拟订了其干燥基准.结果表明:欧洲桦木树脂浸渍材的初期开裂、截面变形以及扭曲变形程度相对于欧洲桦木素材分别下降了12.1%、52.9%以及40%.树脂浸渍材的干缩率明显低于素材,而差异干缩比值则略大于素材.树脂浸渍材含水率从30%降到5%所用时间为素材的近2倍.根据干燥特性的相关数据,给出了欧洲桦木树脂浸渍材的参考干燥基准.
Drying Characteristics and Drying Schedule Establishment of Birch Impregnated with Urea-formaldehyde Resin
The drying characteristics of European birch impregnated with urea-formaldehyde were determined and an-alyzed using the 100℃test,and a preliminary drying schedule was established.The results showed that the initial cracks,cross-sectional deformation and distortion of European birch resin impregnated timber are 12.1%,52.9%and 40%lower than untreated European birch.The shrinkage rate of resin impregnated material is significantly lower than untreated Birch,and the differential shrinkage ratio is slightly larger than untreated birch.The resin impregnated material whose moisture content drops from 30%to 5%takes almost twice the time of the untreated Birch.According to the relevant data of drying characteristics,the reference drying schedule of European birch resin impregnated wood is given.
