The planting area and total output of astragalus in our country continue to rise,and the demand for astrag-alus decoction pieces also continues to grow.At present,the domestic Astragalus slice slicer has the problems of sin-gle processing type,poor stability and slice thickness uniformity,which become the bottleneck of improving the qual-ity of Astragalus slice.Based on the current development status of Astragalus slice slicer in China,this paper intro-duces its characteristics and shortcomings,summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in domestic slicer,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for subsequent research,in order to provide references for the research and development of domestic Astragalus slice slicer.
