自走式桑葚采摘机行驶液压系统的设计与仿真

针对海南桑葚的种植模式,设计一种自走式桑葚采摘机的结构以及行驶液压系统.简要介绍该机的主要参数、结构和工作原理,完成行驶液压系统的马达以及泵的选型.利用AMESim软件对行走液压系统进行建模与仿真,模拟正常行驶工况与右前轮打滑工况,仿真表明:采摘机的液压系统符合设计要求,为其他采摘机行驶液压系统设计提供了参考.
Design and Simulation of Walking hydraulic System of Self-propelledSulberry Harvester
According to the planting mode of mulberries in Hainan,the structure and driving hydraulic system of a self-propelled mulberries picking machine were designed.The main parameters,structure and working principle of the machine are briefly introduced,and the selection of the motor and pump of the driving hydraulic system is com-pleted.AMESim software is used to model and simulate the walking hydraulic system,and simulate the normal driv-ing condition and the right front wheel slip condition.The simulation shows that the hydraulic system of the picker meets the design requirements,and provides a reference for the design of other picker's driving hydraulic system.
