Through the analysis and control of continuous deformation in the process of machining,a kind of precision synchronous and half interchangeable special sprocket processing technology is determined.To ensure the realization of the design requirements,the process means such as stress release twice,CNC machining tooth repair,special fix-ture and gage are adopted.
