有机肥撒肥机现状分析与展望

肥料是农业增产最主要的手段,合理利用有机肥,既能提高农业产量,又能避免化肥中不可降解成分对生态环境的污染.面对有机肥撒施的巨大劳动量问题,有机肥撒施机械化的需求日益加剧.通过文献查阅与实物研究,分析了现有的几种撒肥机的结构类型及其功能的优缺点,结合国内外有机肥撒肥机的发展现状,提出对工作环境单一、物料适应性差、配套设备不足、技术接口不成熟等问题的思考.旨在为我国有机肥撒肥机的发展和优化提供参考.
Analysis of the Current Situation of Organic Fertilizer Spreader
Fertilizer is the most important means of increasing agricultural production.Rational use of organic fertilizer can not only improve agricultural production,but also avoid the pollution of non-degradable components in fertilizer to the ecological environment.In the face of the huge amount of labor involved in the application of organic fertilizer,the demand for mechanization of the application of organic fertilizer is increasing.Through literature review and physical research,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the structure types and functions of several existing fertilizer spreaders.Combined with the development status of organic fertilizer spreaders at home and abroad,it puts forward some thoughts on the problems of single working environment,poor material adaptability,in-sufficient supporting equipment,and immature technical interface.The purpose is to provide reference for the devel-opment and optimization of organic fertilizer spreaders in China.
